In the African American community has to have moral standing changed? Are these changes contribute to the high divorce rate African Americans? Furthermore, High Infidelity rate in the African American community?
I hope you get some good answers here. I think the out-of-wedlock birth rate among black Americans and the demise of the American family black has done tremendous damage to the progress of black Americans made 1950-1985.
