Is it possible to have a monogamous relationship?

The facts about Marital Infidelity (sexual unfaithfulness of a spouse) is amazing. Polls show that although 90% of married people disapprove of extramarital relations, statistics from a national survey indicate that 15% of wives and 25% of husbands have had extramarital intercourse. These numbers increase by 20% when the emotional issues and sexual relations without intercourse are included. Another source, The Myth of monogamy, written by Peggy Vaughan, is close to 60% of husbands and 40% of women will have an affair at some point in their marriage. http://www.allaboutlifechallenges.org/marital-infidelity.htm

Yes, but probably only for a minority. I think there are some exceptions that can be truly monogamous and happy, but I think the rule is not natural.

  1. NO! it’s not common chick! This guy has a problem respecting you. If he was a real man he would even think of giving you STD. It’s just something you don’t do when your promised into a relationship.
