The Purpose of Marriage

In southern California, the divorce rate is 60% of marriages first time. The rate for all marriages in the United States remains steady at 50%. Divorce is an action without discrimination. Religious people, politicians, employee of the grocery store, even marriage counselors have divorced.
So why marriages fail? Well, not all marriages fail for the same reason. The following are reasons that appear to be the most common:
- Miscommunication
- Financial problems
- The lack of commitment to marriage
- A dramatic change in priorities Infidelity
- Could not the needs or expectations Unmet
- Addictions and substance abuse
- Physical, sexual or emotional
- The lack of conflict resolution skills
Money is one of the most common reasons couples to develop marital stress, followed by arguments over responsibilities. One spouse usually say the other spouse is not meeting the expectations laid before marriage. Sex is also an important factor in divorce, especially when it comes to infidelity. When you allow the material world and the five senses to make their marriage, problems will arise, which often lead to failure.
The key to a successful marriage is the path of spirituality and the growth of both start together.

Now it is a mistake to think that only because one is male, you are the head of the family. The male energy is what gives, nurtures, protects and guides. I love you to the point where you want to share that love with a significant other. Love yourself first … to depend on others for that is prepared for failure.
Recognize the small things that your spouse does for you.
- Instead of complaining about undercooked food, is grateful that his wife cooked for you.
- Instead of complaining that her husband comes home late, be thankful that your spouse is working for family.
Notice the right things, not bad things.
The aim of marriage is that it provides the perfect opportunity for growth together spiritually.
