How I can get over the relationship of husband about my past?
I found a word document on the computer of my husband and was a letter he wrote to his ex-wife when they separated. (We've been married for 5 months.) It was a pretty desperate letter to him expressing her undying love for it and how desperately he wanted his previous marriage. It ended in divorce after he confirmed his infidelity and he began dating one year later. I can not seem to move from the beautiful words of this letter and feels as if he does not have that same kind of love for me. He says he loves me more than ever loved any woman and that the letter was written in desperation and means nothing now. How to overcome these feelings of inadequacy and insecurity?
Just remember that this is what I felt at the time in your life … loved her b / c she was his wife and wanted to try and save her marriage … God works in mysterious ways b / c of a divorce lead him directly to you. You were the one on your computer and you probably forgot that the letter was there. He is married to you now and you loves …. and as hard as it is, you have to stop reading these words over and over again in your mind ….
