Is Rush Limbaugh really blame Elizabeth Edwards for her husband's infidelity?

Add this to the litany of outrageous and offensive things that have emerged right of Rush Limbaugh's mouth radio: "I just think that [John] Edwards might be attracted to a woman whose mouth did more than talk." The popular conservative seems quite clearly to be blaming Edwards's wife, Elizabeth, who is battling breast cancer, with the leadership of her husband another woman. http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Limbaugh_Edwards_affair_because_wife_wouldnt_0814.html The full article also has a video of Rush saying what he said. Is it a reflection of conservative and / or Republican family values and respect for women? Is this the kind of moral that Republicans believe should govern this country?

Rush uses a lot of satire and sarcasm. Edwards was an insult to be a superficial jerk, not the woman! – Edit, Ok – your link would not come so I researched it myself. We went to Media Matters. They have a left bias in the fact that only focus on the Republicans, but at least provide context. And context makes this comment from Rush Even worse! I could try to give a break to say he was trying to be funny, but only managed to their opponents a perfect example of how it can be a real idiot! The girls at the Olympic Games are only good for oogling? because nobody wants to see racing!?? Mrs. Edwards is smarter, John Edwards, so it must have been persistent about it all the time? What an idiot!

  2. Follow him after work. The best and the cheapest way. But a wig, borrow your friends clothes, if possible a car or take her with you, you might need binoculars.

  3. It is indeed a normal question to ask but you need to do some soul searching to see if this is the road you would like to travel. I am sure most men would agree with you, they would want to know what type of man their wife or girlfriend, is attracted to; what does this person do for a living is a matter of self. You may feel a bit insecure with where you are in life and knowing this type of Information if you are not ready to really receive it could cause more damage then you know. Sometimes it is just best you guys get professional help to assist you with mending your marriage. Someone who isn’t on any way’s side to help you see where all this is really coming from. Until you find the root of this problem, it may happen over and over again with her or even you.

  4. You might as well just pay for the lawyer and get the divorce. Why waist your money to prove something you already know?

  6. Yes I would but taking it all in is hard to believe,I had 2 cousins tell me that my gf was cheating on me and I didn’t believe them I even ended up loosing a close cousin because I choosed my ex over his words in the end my cousin was right because when me and my ex gf finally broke up it was a real bad break up and she spilled the beans on everything and said "your cousin was right all along about me",It’s hard to believe and some people hate telling others "Sorry but your partner,Spouse,Gf whatever is cheating on you" I guess that’s why some people just keep it quite nothing hurts more when you find out the person you love is cheating or has cheated on you

  7. No. I moved out twelve years ago and even though now he’s dead I would never go back to an ended relationship. Too many memories of what was and what was lost to trust him again. Trust lost is trust gone for good.
